Dru Energy 1 Sequence
This sequence increases your energy by balancing the neuro-endocrine system. This is excellent preparation for the Dru Power 1 Sequence.

Afternoon Vitality Dru Power 1
The Dru Power 1 quickly restores focus with its energising and purposeful movements that help the body’s systems to perform at their best.

Beginner’s Sequence
This unique combination of warm-ups, Energy Block Release and simple postures is a great way to free yourself from the stress of everyday life and promote a total experience of health and emotional balance.

Before Bed Sequence
Through the co-ordination of breath and movement this sequence balances both hemispheres of the brain and activates the relaxation response. You will experience a wonderful stillness in body and mind, inevitably resulting in a good night’s sleep!

Meditation
